The Last Week Of Holidays

Bah. Its already the last week of school holidays. Don't be mistaken, I'm thrilled to go back to school and finally see all my dahlings. :) But the thought of not being able to sleep till 7pm on weekdays without receiving a warning letter from school is devastating. :( Oh well, I will just have to wait till the next semester break in April 2005. *whines. Oh whatever, there's still one last week to go. Plus if the "illegal" timetable was accurate, I don't have lessons on Monday. Which means I don't have to go to school on the first day of school. Lol. Yay! Anyhoos, I pray and I pray I'm getting French for CDS.

Enough about school. Haven't been blogging much. I see mould growing about already. Haha. Anyhoos, Beef's com is down so I doubt she'll blog too. (out of point) There's pretty much nothing for me to say. If you wondered why my previous entry was all so weird. Cause I decided to try to be funny. HAHA. Well, *ahem it wasn't successful. I'm just not a humorous person. I hardly laugh at jokes and I don't crack any. Oh well. Read my boring blog if you want to.

I seemed to have been working forever and the pay hasn't come. Crap shit I tell you. I hope it comes in on Friday or Saturday and NOT Monday. Tralalala. I love the season of celebrating. Whee. Shall post my wishlist soon. Heh. Phuture/Zouk on Wednesday my dahlings? ;)

Me: "You know today I read Cheryl's blog right. Then this guy bought her Ben n Jerry's, Flowers and Fried Noodles then left it at her door step after ringing the bell. So sweet right."

Oh wheee. The "illegal" timetable is out! Yes oh yes. Like finally. The "illegal" timetable says I've got French for CDS. Like OMG. Finally OMG. Totally OMG. I sense a bimbo act going on. Anyhoos, yeahh. The timetable seems pretty okayy. I don't have any complains till school actually starts. Miss "Dory" Tan will be teaching us again! Heard that Year 2 Tourism peeps?! Whee. God I love her. She's teaching the module I've been waiting for too! Like double happiness please. Ahaha. Airline Business Distribution, I can't wait! There's this other weird module too. MEIT. Can someone tell me what in the hell is it?! Anyhoos, this semester there's Airline Business, POM (Principles of Mgt), Mgt Accounting, MEIT and CDS. Whee. 5 modules only. Relax one corner already. Whee whee. I'm so excited. Don't ask me why. This happens everytime I get the timetable. Ahaha. I forgot, who else is in 2T02?! Quick quick. Taggy me or message me my fellow classmate to be. The movie Shutter should be renamed Shudders instead. Watched practically half the movie only. Brr. Still getting the shivers. Great storyline but a tad too scary for my liking. Go watch it anyhoos. A movie not to be missed by freak show addicts. :)

Finally got to spend some quality time with Beef. Although I'm feeling so tired now. My sleeping hours are back to normal. Not really normal cause I'm sleeping around 1 am and waking up before 12pm. That is not Andrea. So its not really normal for me. Heh. But anyhoos, its supposed to be good ain't it. Speaking of which, I'm feeling sleepy now. *yawns.

My life is so monotonous. Nothing much to update about. Just decided to blog before my blog grows all mouldy like the Beef's one has. Heh. My Beef's just so sweet. Made her blog to rid the moulds on her blog. The entry was dedicated to me and my bad habits. Ahaha. But still so sweet lah. Another day it will be my turn to do so okay? *muacks.

Haiyah, when is the time table coming out. This holiday seems to be never ending. Tsk. *whines. When is 7610 going to drop its value. Haiyahh. *whines more.

I miss Queky, Ryl, Leong, Marilyn, Shawn the older brother I never had, the hectic school life and my bed. Heh. :)

Finally!

Mum finally went to get my SIM card replacement while I was at work. Like finally. 1 whole week of torture without a cell was horrible. Argh. Couldn't even contact my precious Beef. It was probably the longest time not contacting her when we're together. Anyhoos, got e SIM card yet to get my very own cell. Bahhh. Temporarily using Beef's old cell. Bahh. So I've been working like a damned buffalo the whole week. Finally not working for 2 days and finally I can spend quality time with Beef. Ahaha. Buffalo and Cow. Ahaha. Okay, not funny. Bahhh. Been station I/C for the past two days. I enjoy being in charge. Wheee. Bully those I do not like. Heh. Did Cashier today too. Cashier's fun. But scared the amount doesn't tally when they do shift closing. Today was perfect, the amount in the drawer tallied. Yay!

Here's wishing Selamat Hari Raya to all fellow Muslim Singaporeans! Collect more "Ang Baos" ahh. Ahaha. That's probably the only other thing that I think of other than Reunion Dinner during Chinese New Year. Lol.

Good Morning Singapore!

Well, its 9am in the morning and I'm awake! No I did not come back from work. I just woke up unknowingly. Goodness. Just couldn't sleep. Kept waking up. Had this terrible dream about a stapler bullet stuck between my toes. God. Painful can. Could literally feel the pain. Maybe something was biting me in real life. Bahhh.

I'm like soooo bored. There's noone online to talk to me and I'm hungry. Bahhh. Downloading Adobe Photoshop Trial so I can finally get down to doing my very own blog skin. Having trouble with finding the proper French Kitty Image though. Bleah. Someone get me her book! French Kitty I mean.

Work later at 3pm. Crap shit. My pay this month better be a solid 700 bucks. So I can finally get my 7610. *groans.

Finally no work for one day and I managed to meet up with Beef after 4 days of literal no contact what so ever. Yes no Hp still. Wtf. Chee. Anyhoos, digressing here. Met Beefy at Bugis rather late. Sorry Beef. Dragged her to watch Shark Tale with me cause I never get to watch the movies I want without dragging her to it. Then when the movie is over I'll ask if its good and it'll never be good enough for that cow. Hmph. Anyhoos, I thought Shark Tale was good. So cute the fishays. Haha.

So basically my life has been work work work work work and more work. Nothing interesting to update about. Bahhhh. I miss everybody.

Revamp? No Revamp?

I love my current layout to bits. Its so me. But I'm getting a lil bored of it? So tempted to change it. Considering to do my own layout. But it'll take eons to get done. Even if I do one, it'll be a French Kitty one. My sis did her own French Kitty layout. That neh neh. I introduced French Kitty to her. Shall think about it. I can hear Beef going Bye bye Kitty already.

The Great Night Out

So plans were made a week ago. I specially scheduled not to work just for this supposed great night out. But didn't turn out all so great overall. But yeah, I danced, smoked and drank my fair share, all for free. Oh well.

Basically, met Quek at Shaw Towers around 9 pm. Was together with Beef already and were walking around before we met Queky. So headed to Chinablack and vooom. The queue was fucking long. So oh well, queued for about 45 mins? Then as we were heading in, the bouncer told Beef and Queky that they had to pay Men's cover charge. Grrrr. Oh well, after contemplating, both decided to pay the god damned 18 bucks each. Went in and some things went wrong. Shall not mention what went on. Anyhoos, then Marilyn came after work. Biggest apologies to my darling Marilyn. Sorry to head off to Zouk. I had to. I hope you understand. I promise I'll make it up okay? A promise is a promise. Drank, danced then I had to leave for Zouk. Pssst, Quek left for Zouk earlier. Zouk was it. Reached there around 1am. Then the bouncer didn't want to let me in. He was convinced it wasn't my I/C. I even showed him my bus pass, repeated add, Chinese name, blood group. I think he was just trying to be funny. I mean, do I look that different from 3 years ago? So finally got in, met Leong, Jem n friends, Queky, Ryna n Alvin. Even saw Faye, Manda, Nicole Mok. Not to mention I saw Peline, Stephanie Chew (at Zouk as well) at Chinablack. Machiam KC gathering. Now we know, all KCians are wild partayy chicks.

After Zouk, headed over to my work place with Ryna, Alvin n Friends, Queky n of course Beef. Crapped a lil and the rest left to head home leaving Quek, Beef and I. Pretty much stayed till 8 am. Zzzzzzz. Oh whatever. Pay's in. Its pathetic cause I was busy with exams last month. Boo hoo.

Second Last

Oh yes. Its the second last month of the year 2004. I can already feel Christmas coming. My favourite holiday of the year. Whole stretch of Orchard Road is beautifully decorated, Christmas carols are played almost everywhere, weather is nice and cool, presents and more presents galore. It also means that my darlings, I'm expecting Christmas presents okay! If no present at least a card! Only Quek and Beef are special, they have to give me presents. Ahahaha. Quek is going to kill me. I think I'm getting too excited about Christmas too soon. Its only the first day of November. Anyhoos, there about 1 month and 5 more days till school reopens so enjoy the last month of holidays while you can everyone.

Anyhoos, attention to my poly mates. Especially those from T04 in Year 1, Sem 1. Remember during orientation, everyone insisted that I was Carol Tham's younger sister? And told me what? To just admit it and not lie?! My surname is Lim not Tham. Goodness. I do not look like her for god's sake. If you don't know who Carol Tham is, she's the lead actress in the Channel 5 drama series 'Restless' (click to view pictures). The one where she was constantly in black. If not catch her on Channel 8 at 5.30pm in the afternoon where she is acting as some Thai girl. Even Beef says I do resemble her. For the record, I do not look like her. *insulted.

The Craziest Halloween

Been too busy to blog lately so sorry everyone! My Lil Ryl, I'm not acting busy, I am really busy. Haha. Love you girl! Work the whole week was okay I guess. Finally did bar proper for a whole shift. Pretty much know how to do all the drinks now, Mexicano blah blah.

Halloween. I should have been out dress up like a monster of some sorts and shaking my booty away in a club. But I was working my butt off like a monkey. *mutters. I'm okay with working. I don't mind as it is for the bling bling, but last night was the most horrible graveyard shift I have ever done at Coffee Club. Firstly its a Sat night, so the crowd usually doesn't stop till about 2.30am but last night, the crowd didn't stop till 4.00am. Secondly we were bloody shorthanded as 2 staff were on M.C. Thirdly, the previous shift made a whole fuck shit of crap and when we took over it was disastrous. There were a couple of customers all decked out in costumes. Quite a sight I must say. Oh by the way, I just came home from work. Time now is 8.44am. Zzzzzzzzz. Basically my life now is (in order with the first being the most frequent), Sleeping, Working, Eating, Meeting Beef, Playing Harry Potter on Gameboy Ad and Reading trashy novels.

I'm going to take this chance to say sorry to my lil Beef. -hug hug kiss kiss. *grins. Then there's another thing. Pretty shades. Yes, I'm talking about sunglasses. I saw a fantastic pair that can finally reach my 'invisible' nose bridge. Yes I've got no fucking nosebridge, well literally. I want those Gucci shades. Its fucking 300 over buckaroos. I'm never going to get it. But Christmas is coming, anyone feeling generous or too rich? *winks. Then about another pair of pretty shades. Beef's less than 6 months old Adidas shades. The all so nice and expensive ones. I broke it. Guilty as charged. I promise I'll buy you back another pair okay? For the time being use your funkayy shades. The retro one. Heh.

Got to go sleep now. Eyes are shutting. Tata~ Hope to see whoever on Wednesday at Chinablack. Finally I'm clubbing. Finally.

The damned exam results

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Yes the results are out. Chee neh pok. Well, I passed overall so yay to that. But the results overall like chee neh fuck. Seriously. I did better last semester. So bugger it. No supp and I'm glad cause it means I don't ever have to see Zhang Wei ever again! (hopefully). But overall still at the top 26%-50%. So yeahh. At least I'm still there. I have to buck up next sem cause I have yet to see an A, don't even talk about smelling a Z.

Missing the old times

Met Beef at City hall today, did some walking around then decided to catch The Ouija Board (however you spell it). Bought tickets for the 9.15pm show then we went for dinner. Was contemplating Macs over the foodcourt but we chose the foodcourt in the end. When we finished dinner, we realised it was almost 8pm. Which meant Singapore Idol was starting. So what we did was stay in the foodcourt. As the foodcourt at Suntec has TV Mobile, which means we can watch Singapore Idol till it was time for our movie. Lol. Cheapskate ehs.

Work yesterday was rather crap shit. Was late for an hour. But that wasn't the worst part. Some of my managers were rather unhappy with my hair colour but they let it pass. Then guess what. Now they have 60 part timers on hand. Like fuck right. 60 is bloody hell a lot. So pretty much these days I work with people I don't know. Those who know me well enough would know I won't bother socializing with them. Its either they introduce themselves or I pretty much ignore them. I miss my old colleagues. Even Ali the Steward thinks it was more fun last time when my old colleagues were around. I miss mummy, shah, larry, clarence, derek blah blah blah. Work tomorrow again. 8 bloody hours of torture.

Yes, I watched <<2046>> today. After dragging a very unwilling Beef along. Its a very complicated show. But basically its about this guy's life and how he wrote a story titled <<2047>> based on his life experiences. Quite cool. Its a long movie though, a whole 2 and a half hours. But overall, its good. For those who do not know, <<2046>> is actually a hotel room number, not the year <<2046>>. Oooh, not to mention, Kimura looks good. *grins.

Didn't go to work yesterday. I was just too tired. Feel really bad about it. Anyhoos, 3pm - 11pm tmr. So what the hell. Not to mention it would be the first time I'm working since school ended. I think I've been relaxing too long. Its time to earn some bling bling.

My poor Gran is sick. Pretty worried about her. Went to her place yesterday and she was down with a high fever. My mum pretty much panicked, which I've never seen before so it got me really worried. My Gran's already 70 plus she had breast cancer before so I pray she'll be fine soon. Shall visit her before work tmr.

My mum found out about me smoking. Actually she suspected for awhile already. She just decided to let it pass when I said no. Oh well. She didn't scold me, she was just upset about me lying to her I guess. But wth. I shall stop slowly if I can. If I can that is it. Shouldn't be a problem. Just wished I wasn't working, cause everytime I work, I need to smoke. Damned.

The Great Darlings Meeting Day.

My eyes hurt like crap and I can't stop rubbing them. Then there's my nose. Leaking like a tap. Thanks. All these have to happen when Beef ain't in town. Yes, the wealthy Beef is on holiday yet again. Sheesh. Every single school holiday, she's outta town. The Beef's on cruise. Will be back tmr morn. So yeah. Not as bad. Plus, incentive for me. I'm using her 7200 while she's cruising away.

Just got back from Parkway with my mum. She decided that we should have dinner out since it was just the two of us and she was lazy to cook. Reached Parkway around 7pm. Headed for dinner first as she complained of being hungry. Decided on Thai food over Sakae Sushi. Yum yum. The Tom Yam soup was just sooo good. Walked around and bought a couple of things. One of which was a lip balm which I desperately needed. Chappy lips.

Back to yesterday. I had such a eventful day. It just felt so accomplished. Met Beef at ICA around 9 plus 10. After 67 missed calls I had. I slept through the 67 missed calls she gave. I was supposed to stay up to meet her early. But I fell asleep. Was too tired. Heh. Then after doing her passport, we took 16 down to Tiong Bahru Market for brunch. Where Beef had a feast. Prawn noodles and fried intestines porridge (eewww). After that, headed to town. Walked around till it was almost time for me to meet Marilyn. Gave Beef some strict rules that she has to adhere to while on Cruise before we bid farewell. Lol.

Met my darling Marilyn and we headed to Spinelli's Heerens for a drink. Before we knew it, we spent almost 2 hours chatting and talking about stuff. Then went to her hairdresser's at Far East to do her hair. The darling dyed her blond streaks purplish red and re-dyed the black parts. Too bad I had to leave before everything was completed. Darling, please take good care of yourself yeah. Club together next week or something. Rem what I said to you yeah. Call me anytime. We'll go out for coffee or clubbing soon. -hugs.

After which at 6pm, I rushed down to Scotts to meet my other darlings. Quek, Sel and Zhenhui. *grins. We then went down to Coffee Club, Orchard Fountain Park aka my work place for dinner. By the time we strolled there, it was about 7pm then we left around 9.15pm. Had hell of a time. We ate soo much, laughed so much and spent so much on the bill. Fuck please. 4 of us totaled $77.10, which was after my 15% staff discount. *fainted. But we had so much fun. It was all worth it. Walked to Cine cause Quek wanted to play some arcade which we did not play cause Quek complained about how boring the games were. I suggested going home as I was really tired after only 1 hours of sleep and being out the whole damned day.

So I guess I've accomplished meeting up the people I need to meet. All my darlings. Next week, its time to work work and work. How great. Saturday, Coco Latte anyone?

Wimbledon

Finally caught Wimbledon at Bugis today, after persuading the Beef that it was a good show and I had to watch it cause my idol, Kirsten Dunst was the female lead. Well, I'm absolutely satisfied. Good show for the tennis maniacs as well. Kirsten Dunst is just such a babe. *drools. Was telling Beef after the show that I felt like playing tennis (after effect of the movie). Then I remembered the reason why I do not play tennis is because I'm afraid of the damned ball. I mean, a bloody freaking huge and hard green ball going at an average of 100mph. I do not want a bruise anywhere on my flesh. Enough on tennis anyway.

Towned last minute yesterday. Headed to the library for my weekly dose of books. Considering to upgrade my library membership to the premium one. So I can borrow 8 books instead of 4. Shall see how. Beef borrowed books for the first time. Miracle. *grins. We totally read different books. She prefers thinner books with bigger words. My lil kiddo. I have Lord Of the Rings on my hands and 3 other typical trashy bimbo novels. I can never get my kind of books at the library. They only exist in Borders and Kino.

Last Min Weekend

I'm sooooo tired. Its been a whole weekend of last min decisions. Haha. First I did my hair on Saturday instead of Friday. Basically, I have blonde "streaks". Technically not streaked cause only the left side is bleached. Er, hair's spikey again. See it for yourself. *grins. I'm quite happy with it. Although it gives me a slight ah lian scream. *grumbles. I'm going to avoid any ah lian looking clothing now.

Then on Friday, I stayed over at Beef's place. Like real last min. Without asking my mum, I just told her I wasn't going home. *grins.

Saturday, clubbing plans were cancelled at first which got Leong, Beef and I real pissed cause everyone cancelled out on us last min. So on Saturday night. While waiting for Quek to finish work, Beef and I were just sitting outside Tangs and chatting. Suddenly my phone showed a msg. It was from Lil Ryl and she asked if I was clubbing cause she wanted to club. After about an hour's of deciding. We were at Cheekys drinking Latte. Think unsinkable sinks and retro. (private joke) Left rather early, around 2 plus. Quek and I then took 65M home. Didn't really dance or drink. Just a glass of Whiskey Dry and that was it. Just wasn't in the mood for clubbing plus I wasn't dressed for it. Leong, Beef, Quek and blah, must plan before hand and club proper next time round okay?

So that's basically my weekend. Which also signifies my pay is gone. Thanks. Next week, its time to work work work and work my ass off till school re-opens.

Technically Drea does not own a single pair of heels. Yah yah, go on, how can a girl have no heels. I only have 3 pairs of slippers, 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair of court shoes? I'd much rather party in my havianas. I don't see the need of heels cause I'm of average height (5'4), my poor lil feet get tortured and you can't run in them.

Oh Yes! The dammit freaking fucking exams are over. I don't even want to talk anything about it. Its over and done with I can't do nothing about the results anymore. *wriggles butt.


Towning today with Beef after we went for her interview at CIAS, Changi Airport. Total crap shit waste of time. Firstly, she's over qualified for the job. Secondly the pay's like fuck $1075. Thirdly, its 8.30am to 6pm, 5 and a half days week. No way. Pathetic. The job scope is even worst. Even I can go apply for the job. Lab Tech my arse. More like Lab cleaner.

So poot poot our way to town on 36, went past KC and all I have to say is I miss my fellow cheerleaders and painting. First destination of town was......Coffee Club!! Time to collect my pay. Wheeee~ Half of what I got last month. Nevertheless its still money ain't it? Booked an appointment with Sussane tmr to cut and highlight my hair. Does green, pink, red or blonde sounds better? Shall decide tmr. Although I'm banking on green.*grins. Then we went window shopping, its been like eons since I was in town. I mean I'm always at town to work but not to shop. Didn't see anything to my fancy though. Shall save the money up for my allowance then. For dinner, I treated King Beef to Jap food at atrium@orchard. *grins. I didn't come out with a single cent. The i-chq thingy. Not bad. Was so darn full. Left for home after that cause both of us were so tired.

I'm not going to work till the week after cause its time to rest and my plans are all laid out for the weekend. Tmr, haircut and towning with Beef. Sat, clubbing at don't know where with Ducky. Erm so far she's the only confirmed one. Lol. Beef will be on if I'm on with it. *grins. Shall ask Sel darling and Beef's friends and all. Its time to party. *wriggles butt.

Oh yes. Accounting, Applied Research and Organisational Behaviour is over and done with. Applied Research and OB was okayy. Should be able to pass. Accounting was disastrous. Nevertheless, I'm just glad its finally over. Like finally. Left with Marketing tmr. Hope it goes well. Haven't started studying for it yet. Shall start later.

Been taking cab the past two days. Wanted to be early for reading time so oh well. My sleeping hours are all messed up once again. Like wth. I nap in the afternoon to make up for the time spent studying into the wee hours of the morning when I'm supposed to be sleeping. Feeling all so sleepy. Shall go nap a lil after this. Heh.

Although I hate Simple Plan (which happens to be my lil sis's no.1 idols) but the lyrics of this song is good. Just dislike the tune. Punk/College Rock, ewwww.
